Olympic boxer Luke Campbell to go on “Dancing On Ice”
Olympic gold medal boxer Luke Campbell has signed up for “Dancing On Ice” – and will go up against fellow London 2012 star Beth Tweddle.
TV Biz revealed earlier this month that bronze-winning gymnast Beth had signed up to the show – but she will now have competition from within Team GB.
A show insider told us: “Bosses are determined to get the best line-up they can for this year’s show and hope some double Olympic magic will boost ratings.
“Luke was one of the hunks of this year’s Games and producers hope he will bring in a whole new audience.”
Gay former rugby player Gareth Thomas and comic Joe Pasquale have also joined for the new series, which launches on ITV1 in January.
